Pobl AI provides tools for generating and managing landing pages and related website content. Features may change over time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.

4. Payments and Billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. Fees are due based on your selected plan and billing interval. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Pobl AI for unlawful activity, abuse of platform resources, infringement of intellectual property rights, or any activity that harms other users or the service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Pobl AI platform, branding, and related materials are owned by Pobl AI or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you provide, subject to rights needed for us to operate the service.

7. Disclaimer and Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pobl AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these terms are violated or if necessary to protect the platform and users.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
